Look a Puppy!

Daryl and Rosie arent quite sure what they think of each other yet. the dogs have been outside mostly since daryl came home. We will introduce them slowly and try to teach them that each other isn't food.

Dexter is also a dog

  1. I am so happy to here ther Daryl is finally home!!!! I know what you mean. It is so hard going from such a controlled enviornment where everything is layed out for you to nothing. The first week home for us has been great. I am so happy to see her with out having to put a gown on. We have had some complications though...Kennedy is not feeding so well. She was doing pretty good in the NICU but since we have been home she has really digressed. So it looks like we might have to be readmitted to the NICU to have a g-tube put in. Does Daryl stil have her g-tube in???

  2. Daryl;s g-tube is in for three months, until we prove that she can gain weight. She is having the opposite problem. she eats too much! the more we breastfeed, the more diarrhea she has so we have gone back to the bottle to measure her intake. The g-tube is pretty low maintenance, but intimidating. we are always scared of it being pulled out. it is essentially just a body piercing though, so it isn't so scary
